ELIGIBLE PERIOD
The policy on Returns & Refunds are applicable only on Pre-Build and Pre-owned PCs. Build your own PCs are excluded as these are customized designs curated for our customers, however all our PCs are covered by the warranty terms. Under the policy, the customers have a 7 calendar days return period from the date of delivery.
TERMS & CONDITION
To be eligible for a return and refund, the gaming PC must be in its original condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Any signs of misuse or unauthorized modifications will void the return and refund eligibility.
REFUNDS PROCEDURE
Upon inspection and verification of the returned PC, a refund will be issued via bank transfer to the customer’s account within 9-10 calendar days.
RESTOCKING
A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will apply for returned gaming PCs. This fee covers inspection, testing, and refurbishing if necessary.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
